Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to EnerSleepa rest products purchased through Trizelonyrxak for delivery within the United Kingdom. It explains how to request a return, which items qualify, and how refunds or exchanges are processed.

Products covered

The policy covers the Circadian Dawn Alarm, Breathable Sleep Shell, Night Journal Trio, and any successor items listed on Rest Products at the time of purchase. Bundled items must be returned together unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Cooling-off rights

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom and you purchased online, you generally have fourteen days after the day you receive physical goods to cancel under consumer contract regulations. Exceptions apply when goods are sealed for hygiene or health protection and are opened, in line with statutory rules.

EnerSleepa journals and textiles are packaged to keep pages and fabrics clean. Opening packaging carefully is fine, but if an item is stained, damaged, or personalised, we may not be able to accept a return unless it is faulty.

Faulty goods

If a product arrives faulty or stops working within the warranty period stated on the item or packaging, contact us with a description and photos. We may offer repair, replacement, or refund according to the Terms of Use and statutory consumer rights.

How to start a return

Email or message us through the Contact page with your order reference, the items you wish to return, and reason for the return. We will confirm the United Kingdom return address and any reference you should write on the outer box.

Do not return goods until you receive instructions. Unauthorised returns may experience delays or refusal at the warehouse.

Condition of returned items

Items must be returned with all included accessories, inserts, and packaging where reasonably possible. The Sleep Shell should be clean and free of odours that would prevent resale. The Circadian Dawn Alarm should be reset to factory settings if the manual describes how to do so safely.

Return shipping costs

If you cancel under cooling-off rights, you pay return postage unless we supplied incorrect items or the goods are faulty. If we confirm a fault, we will reimburse reasonable return postage on receipt of proof of posting.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we inspect returned goods. Processing may take up to fourteen days from the day we receive the parcel, though we aim to complete faster. Partial refunds apply if items are missing components or show damage beyond normal inspection.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or colour for an EnerSleepa textile item, contact us and we will explain availability. Exchanges depend on stock and may require a return for refund and a separate purchase if the replacement has a different price.

Non-returnable situations

We cannot accept returns for items damaged by misuse, exposure to liquids, or unauthorised repair attempts. Digital downloads or personalised inserts are not returnable once delivered unless faulty.
